For two character navigating King’s Landing, it’s odd that the pair have no shared storylines and barely any referential dialogue.
Popping up as a ‘Today I Learned’ tidbit on Reddit, the claim has its (not particularly strong) basis in a comment from the set.

“Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms anymore and they are never in the same room at the same time,” a member of the show’s crew told the Daily Telegraph.
“It’s a pity because they appeared to have patched things up for a while, but now the word is they should be kept apart at all costs.”
The two have worked together before, on the set of British TV show Soldier Soldier, but the only scene where the Game of Thrones characters work alongside each other seems to be a good indication of their tense real-life relationship.
