Sometimes you just need a little perspective.
And nothing does that quite as well as seeing our pale blue dot from 400km above our heads.
NASA is currently hosting a livestream from the International Space Station and it is honestly one of the most breathtaking and rewarding things you will watch all day.
To see the beauty and fragility of our planet from such a distance makes you reflect about all our petty squabbles and politics, and makes you realise just how lucky we are to even be alive.
I can also highly recommend playing Carl Sagan’s famous monologue in the background while you gaze down upon our little home – really takes the experience to another dimension.
We could do this all day.
